Pardon My Poop

By using www.pardonmypoop.com, a service of Pardon My Poop, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Pardon My Poop reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service without notice. Any new features that augment the current service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

By ordering the service, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Operations

Pardon My Poop operates with flexible service hours to accommodate customer needs. Service days are pre-arranged and determined by customer location. Note: Depending on customer volume, operation hours/days may vary.

Pardon My Poop observes the following holidays and will be closed for business: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. If your service day falls on one of the listed holidays, your service will be rescheduled for another day within the same week.

In the event of an emergency that impacts Pardon My Poop's ability to service your property, services will be rendered within 2-3 business days.

In the event of service-limiting weather, services may be delayed and completed within 2-3 business days.

Access to Property

By ordering residential or commercial service, you are agreeing to allow Pardon My Poop access to your property on the designated service day.

If Pardon My Poop is unable to access your property on the designated day of service, the service will be recorded as completed and deemed chargeable. (We understand that unexpected situations occur and will work with our customers). Note: A courtesy email will be sent, explaining why access was not possible.

Billing & Pricing

By ordering residential or commercial service, you are authorizing Pardon My Poop to charge your card for the value of the chosen service frequency and number of dogs.

Pardon My Poop currently accepts the following methods of payment: cash onsite, check, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Payment is due 15 days after the invoice date. A $25 returned check fee and a $10 late fee will be applied if payment is not received by the due date.

Guarantee/Complaints

Pardon My Poop offers a “re-scoop” guarantee. We strive to establish a reputation built on reliability and quality service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will return to your property within 24 hours to resolve the issue. Note: If the property is overgrown with grass, leaves, or debris, Pardon My Poop reserves the right to void the guarantee.

Cancellation & Termination of Service

While on the chargeable service, the following applies:

You may place your account on hold or skip a day of service as long as 48-hour notice is provided before the designated service day. No additional charges will be applied when service resumes, provided it does not exceed a 2-week period. Charges may apply for any extended periods based on the initial cleanup fee when service resumes.

You may terminate the service at any time, provided notice is given at least 48 hours before the designated service day. Any service canceled after the 48-hour deadline will not receive a refund, as routing will have already been planned.

Customers are solely responsible for correctly skipping or terminating their service.

General

Pardon My Poop, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for any reason at any time.

Pardon My Poop reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Any physical, verbal, or written abuse directed toward any Pardon My Poop customer or employee will result in immediate service termination without refund.

Pardon My Poop is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.

By ordering the service, you understand that Pardon My Poop may send communications via email. You may opt-out at any time by contacting us at (812) 565-2279 or pardonmypoop@gmail.com.

Providing false information regarding the number of dogs using the property may result in service termination without refund.
